Flower Preservation Services – Terms & Conditions

1. General Overview
By engaging our flower preservation services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clarity regarding the handling, processing, and final delivery of your preserved flowers.

2. Nature of Preservation
Flower preservation is an artistic and delicate process. While we take the utmost care in handling your flowers, results will vary depending on the condition, type, age, and color of the flowers received.

  • Colors may change or fade during the preservation process.

  • Some flowers preserve better than others; we cannot guarantee identical results to fresh blooms.

  • Minor imperfections are natural and part of the preservation process.

3. Responsibility for Flowers
Customers are responsible for ensuring flowers are delivered or shipped promptly.

  • We are not responsible for damage, delays, or loss caused during shipping.

  • Flowers should be sent as soon as possible after the event (ideally within 1–3 days).

  • We are not liable for the condition of flowers upon arrival.

4. Order Confirmation & Payment

  • A deposit or full payment is required to secure your booking.

  • Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

  • Remaining balances must be paid before final delivery or shipment.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable due to the custom nature of the service.

  • Once preservation work has begun, no refunds will be issued.

6. Design & Artistic License
Each piece is custom-made. By placing an order, you agree to allow creative discretion in design, layout, and composition. While we strive to honor requests, exact replication of inspiration photos is not guaranteed.

7. Turnaround Time

  • Preservation typically takes between 3-6 months to complete.

  • Delays may occur due to environmental factors or workload.

  • Estimated completion times are not guaranteed.

8. Storage & Abandoned Orders

  • Completed orders must be picked up or shipped within 2 weeks of notification.

  • Items left beyond this timeframe may incur storage fees.

9. Shipping & Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Finished frames will be carefully packaged; however, preserved flowers & glass are fragile by nature.

  • We are not liable for damage incurred during transit once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

  • Cora’s Creations offers shipping insurance and will add this to all shipping orders at business expense.

  • Any claims of lost or damaged packages must be immediately notified to Cora’s Creations within 1 week of package delivery.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

10. Care Instructions
Preserved flowers are delicate and should be handled with care:

  • Keep out of direct sunlight to prevent fading.

  • Avoid moisture and humidity.

  • Handle minimally to maintain integrity.

11. Liability
We are not liable for:

  • Natural deterioration over time

  • Damage caused after delivery

12. Agreement
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
